  • Tommaso: A passionate chef from a young age, Tommaso gained experience working in numerous Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and abroad. His deep love for truffles, a popular product from his native region in Italy, inspired him to promote this delicacy in the kitchens where he worked. This passion eventually led him to create a high-quality distribution network, partnering with others who shared the same enthusiasm for truffles.

  • Adriana: Originally from Costa Rica and a graduate in quality control, Adriana has always had a keen eye for food quality and local cuisine. She expanded her knowledge to international cuisine and ingredients, working in both the restaurant industry and quality control. With her strong customer service skills and fluency in multiple languages, Adriana fell in love with Italian cuisine and truffles, leading her to passionately promote this "gem of the earth."

  • Lorenzo: A lifelong food enthusiast, Lorenzo moved abroad early in his career, promoting and selling products from his homeland, Italy, with a special focus on truffles, which he has been trading for many years. Through international collaborations, he has had the opportunity to lead businesses in different countries, greatly expanding his expertise in sourcing and logistics. Despite working with various companies, he has never abandoned his passion for truffle distribution, which he now shares with this dedicated and professional team, fully focused on sourcing and offering the best truffles available year-round.
